Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out during checkout or in the account billing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state. We may change fees or add new charges with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, BasilGregory Software Labs Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to these Terms or the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or INR 10,000 if no payments were made), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Either party may terminate these Terms with notice. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations or for any reason with prior notice (where feasible). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain data as needed to comply with legal obligations and for legitimate business purposes; consult our Privacy Policy for retention details.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BasilGregory Software Labs Private Limited from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
We may modify these Terms. If changes are material, we'll provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or via the Service) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
